On Friday, April 24th Dustin had class and I was at home watching TV, laying on the couch and I thought I felt Aiden move, but since I wasn't so sure what I was suppose to feel I brushed it off and thought nothing of it.
On Tuesday, April 28th Dustin and some friends were finishing up installed the recessed lighting in the nursery and I was cooking them dinner and I felt something, so I lifted my shirt up to look down at my belly and sure enough I saw a little movement. I was so excited and ran to the bottom of the attic opening and yelled up to Dustin that I was feeling the baby move! I was certain this time it was him! So that night, we were lying in bed and could seeing small tiny movement of my belly and I was feeling him like crazy. Dustin said, "I want to feel him." I told him that he proabably wasn't going to feel him for a little bit longer, I think he was kind of upset at my response and continued to put his hand on my belly.
Since that night, I feel him move, kick, punch, do flips, have a nice little party in my belly! It is such am amazing feeling that it is so hard to describe. I know that since feeling him, it has made us get that more excited to meet our son. And watching my belly move and be able to tell where he is nesting and wonderful!
One night over the weekend, Dustin was trying to feel Aiden and at that moment he kicked or punched kind of strong (it didn't hurt me any) and Dustin was able to feel it. Watching his face was priceless.
What a mircle, having a baby is!
